Generate Innowera Control Panel Configuration File
This section explains how to generate the Innowera Control Panel configuration file. The configuration file can be used by other users to connect to Innowera Control Panel from Innowera products.
You can generate the Innowera Control Panel configuration file from Innowera Control Panel web application and import the file into Process Runner DB and Process Runner Excel Add-in.
To generate configuration file from Innowera Control Panel,
- In Innowera Control Panel, go to Admin Settings > Export Configuration File. The Export Configuration File page appears.
- On the Export Configuration File page, do the following:
- Enter Control Panel URL.
- Select Default Credential to use the Innowera Control Panel login credentials or select User Define to enter the Username and Password of the user.
- Select Export.
- The configuration file will be saved as a .zip file at the
C:\Users\<user>\Downloads location.
