Generate Innowera Control Panel Key

The Innowera Control Panel Key Generator has been developed for IT/SAP Administrator for issuing temporary license key to clients for using Process Runner when Process Runner is unable to connect to Innowera Control Panel during network issues.

The Innowera Control Panel key generator is used to generate license key during the following scenarios:

• If the client computer is unable to connect to Innowera Control Panel server.
• If network is disconnected or under maintenance.
• During Innowera Control Panel upgrade.

To generate Innowera Control Panel key,

1. Run Innowera control Panel Key generator.exe. The Login page appears.

   Note: The Innowera control Panel Key Generator.exe is bundled with Innowera Control Panel setup package.

2. Enter password Innowera%1” in the Password field. Optionally, you can select the Permanently save this password on this computer check box if you want to save the password on your computer. Enabling this option will log you in automatically when you run the Innowera control Panel Key Generator.exe.
3. Select Login. The Innowera Control Panel Disconnected Mode Key Generator page appears.

   

4. On the Innowera Control Panel Disconnected Mode Key Generator page, provide the following information:
   • Key Start Date, Key End Date: The duration till which the generated key will be valid.
   • User ID: Name of the user for whom you want to generate the license key.
   • Computer ID: Name of the computer for which you want to generate the license key.
   • Max. Records: Maximum number of records allowed to run in the Process Runner.
   • Max. Parallel Threads: Maximum number of SAP calls allowed to run in parallel in Process Runner.

     Note: By default, a maximum of three parallel threads are allowed.

   • Delay between calls: Time interval between each SAP calls in Process Runner.
   • Process: You can provide the names of the process files for which you want to generate the license key.
   • System: You can provide the names of the SAP systems for which you want to generate the license key.
5. Select Generate. The license key is generated in the Access Key field on the page.

Note: If you want to generate license key for all the users in the network, select Generate without providing the User ID and Computer ID values on Innowera Control Panel Disconnected Mode Key Generator page.
