Request License
This section explains how to request the Email Runner license.
To request the Email Runner license,
- Open Email Runner. If a valid license is not found, the About dialog appears with a license expiration message.
- Select Copy Info. The Copy license Details dialog appears with options to copy the license information.
- Select one of the following options, depending on whether Microsoft Outlook is installed on your device:
- Copy: Copies the license information that is necessary in order to assign the license file by insightsoftware. Email the copied information and send it to mag-innoweralicense@insightsoftware.com.
- E-mail: Copies the license information directly to an Outlook email that you must send to mag-innoweralicense@insightsoftware.com.
After you send the license request, insightsoftware support verifies the license request against the order received from your company and then sends an email to you or your internal license manager.
