Back up System Logs

Logs record events taking place in the execution of a system to provide an audit trail that can be used to understand the activity of the system and to diagnose problems. The Email Runner log window lists all the actions that have occurred related to Email Runner.

To back up system logs,

1. Open the Email Runner Management Console and select System Log. The Email Runner Log window appears.

   

2. Optionally, select Export to Excel to backup the logs in an Excel file.
