Install Process Runner Excel Add-in
Prerequisites
- Ensure that your system meets the system requirements of the Process Runner Excel Add-in application. For information about the system requirements, see System Requirements for Process Runner Excel Add-in .
- When you upgrade to Process Runner Excel Add-in 23.3 or newer versions, if you are currently using a version older than 23.3, you need to uninstall the older version.
- Ensure that you restart your system if the .NET Framework is not installed and if Process Runner Excel Add-in is installed using silent installation mode.
Install Process Runner Excel Add-in
This section provides information about installing Process Runner Excel Add-in.
To install Process Runner Excel Add-in,
- Run
ProR_Excel_Add_in_Setup.exeas an administrator. The Welcome to the Process Runner Excel Add-in Wizard window appears. - Select Next. The End-User License Agreement window appears.
- Select the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions displayed, and select Next.
The Custom Setup window appears with the default installation folder selected for Process Runner Excel Add-in and Innowera Assistant.
- In the Custom Setup window, select any of the following:
- Select Next to continue with the default destination folder.
- Select Browse and navigate to the folder location of the destination folder. Select Next.
- Optionally, select Disk Usage to review the disk space requirements for the installation of the selected features.
- Select Next. The Ready to install Process Runner Excel Add-in window appears.
- Select Install. The installation process starts, and the status of the installation appears. After the installation process is complete, the Completed the Process Runner Excel Add-in Setup Wizard window appears.
- Select Finish. The Process Runner Excel Add-in is installed, and the Process Runner tab appears in Microsoft Excel.
- After installation, to use Process Runner Excel Add-in, perform one of the following steps in Excel:
- If your organization is using the cloud license model, and when you try to select any option on the Process Runner tab for the first time, the Logon dialog appears:
- Enter your email ID associated with your organization and select Continue.
- Enter your Email Address and Password. Select Sign in. The Verification dialog appears.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email and select Verify code. You are signed in to the application.
- Enter your email ID associated with your organization and select Continue.
- If your organization is using the legacy license model, you must first request and load the license. For more information, see Manage License.
- If your organization is using the cloud license model, and when you try to select any option on the Process Runner tab for the first time, the Logon dialog appears:
