View Easy Workflow Service Status

Users allowed to access Easy Workflow Cockpit can find the Easy Workflow service status information in the Easy Workflow Dashboard of Cockpit.

To view the Easy Workflow Service status,

1. In the Easy Workflow Cockpit, select Dashboard. The Easy Workflow Dashboard window appears.
2. View the status of the current primary service in the Easy Workflow Dashboard.

   

   In the dashboard, the count displayed is the number of servers on which the Easy Workflow service is installed, pointing to the same Easy Workflow database.

3. To view information about the service, select Easy Workflow Service. The Easy Workflow Service(s) window appears with information about the servers on which Easy Workflow service is installed, primary and secondary services, the path of the log files generated on these servers, and the status of the service on these servers.
