Install License

This section explains how to load the Email Runner license, which you receive from mag-innoweralicense@insightsoftware.com.

To load the Email Runner license,

1. Download the license file to Desktop or My Documents.
2. Open Email Runner.
3. Select Help > About. The About dialog appears.
4. Select Load License. The Browse Email Runner License file dialog appears.
5. Navigate to the location of .license file downloaded in step 1.
6. Select OK. The license file is loaded, and the Email Runner Management Console window appears.

You should restart the Email Runner service for the new license to be effective. For more information about restarting the service, see Email Runner Help.
