Manage SAP Systems
You can override the global-level settings, such as the Transaction settings or Data Extractor settings, for an SAP system using the Manage SAP System option that is available in the IEWF Configuration Tool. The settings are used by Easy Workflow to run a workflow that contains an autorun step type.
To configure the system-level settings,
- Open the IEWF Configuration Tool that is available on the desktop of the server system where the Easy Workflow service is installed. The Easy Workflow Service and Database Configuration Tool window appears.
- Go to Tools > Manage SAP System. The Process Runner Connector for SAP window appears.
- In the Server/Group tab, select the SAP system for which you want to manage the system-level settings, and select Properties. The Properties [<NameOfSAPSystem>] window appears.
- Make the required changes to the settings, and select OK. The system-level settings are updated. If you update the system-level settings when the Easy Workflow service is running, you must restart the service for the changes to take effect.
- To reset the system-level settings and restore the global settings, select Reset.
Note: The settings are saved in the C:\ProgramData\Innowera\Innowera Easy Workflow Service\Other\iNETSetting.xml file of the system on which Easy Workflow service is installed. If the Easy Workflow service is installed on multiple servers, then you must configure the same system-level settings on all the servers.
