View Dashboard Log
This topic describes how to view the logs that describes the user activity in Innowera Dashboard. The Dashboard Log option is visible in the web application only if your role has the Dashboard Log option enabled in the role maintenance section.
To view export Innowera Dashboard logs,
- In Innowera Dashboard, select Admin Settings > Dashboard Log. The Dashboard Log page is displayed with details such as the user who performed the task and the task status.
- Select the Start Date and End Date to indicate the period for which the logs must be displayed.
- Select Go. Based on the filter parameters selected, the logs are displayed.
- Optionally, perform the following steps to export the logs:
- Select one of the following options from the Export To box.
- Microsoft Excel workbook
- Microsoft Word document
- Select Export. The Innowera Dashboard logs are exported in the specified format. By default, the exported file is saved in the Downloads folder of your computer.
- Select one of the following options from the Export To box.
- To refresh the list of logs, select Refresh.
Note: Make sure that the date range you select does not exceed the value set in the Option Setting page. For information about the date range value, see Configure Option Setting. However, if you do not have access to the Option Setting page, contact your Innowera Dashboard administrator.
