Settings in Process Runner for Data Governance

In Process Runnerr, Data Governance Rule gets displayed under the Dynamic Skip list if there are Rules present in Innowera Control Panel. It functions same as custom dynamic skip option in Process Runner but rules will be handled centrally through Innowera Control Panel.

  1. For any SAP transaction, when user goes to Mapper tab in Process RunnerData Governance Rule is displayed as shown in the following screenshot.

  2. On choosing Data Governance Rule, pop-up message is displayed as shown in the following screenshot.

  3. Select the Rule that you have configured in Innowera Control Panel from Rule ID drop-down list. System automatically shows the Rule Name and Rule Description. Note that system shows all rules you have configured in ICP, in this drop-down list. Select Ok. System closes the Data Governance Rule window.

Once Data Governance Rule is selected in Mapper and the user runs process file, then the  VB script code written for the rule is run in Innowera Control Panel and the data present in the process file gets validated with the one stored in database or SAP table which are  fetched by queries that are mentioned in VB script code.
