Assign Schedules for Group/Users
In this section, you can assign created list of Schedules to Group/Users.
Add Schedule for Groups/Users
Select Add in Assigned Schedules For Group/Users page to add new Group/Users to selected schedules.
When you select Add, a new screen is displayed as shown in the following screenshot.
Assigned Level: Select an appropriate option to which you would like to assign schedule.
Group/User Name: Select particular Group/User from drop-down box to be assigned by listed schedules. All available schedules will be listed. You can select as required, and then select Add. Finally select Save.
Edit Schedule for Groups/Users
Select Edit in Assigned Schedules For Groups/Users page to edit Group/User assigned to related schedules.
When you select Edit, a new screen is displayed as shown in the following screenshot.
Delete Schedule for Group/Users
Select Delete to remove user/group from this assignment. On removing user/group from assignment, that user/group will not be allowed to access that particular schedule.
