View Archive Summary

This topic describes how to view the Archive Summary page that contains information about the archival tasks that have been completed. The Archive Summary option is visible in the web application only if your role has the Archive Summary option enabled in the role maintenance section.

To view, export archive summary logs,

  1. In Innowera Control Panel, select Admin Settings > Archive Summary. The Archive Summary page is displayed.
  2. Expand the archive task for which you want to view the details. Details such as the job name and job status are displayed.
  3. Optionally, perform the following steps to export the change logs:
    1. Select one of the following options from the Export To box.
      • Microsoft Excel workbook
      • PDF
      • Microsoft Word document
    2. Select one of the following options from the Export Mode box:
      • All Expanded: Indicates that the archive tasks with their complete information will be exported.
      • Currently Expanded: Indicates that the complete information of the selected archive task, such as the total time taken to archive the logs and the total number of archived records will be exported; the other logs will not contain complete information in the exported document. In this mode, you must expand the archive task whose complete information is required, and then export.
      • Non Expanded: Indicates that only the basic information of the archive tasks will be exported.
    3. Select Export. The logs of the archive tasks are exported in the specified format. By default, the exported file is saved in the Downloads folder of your computer.

  4. To refresh the list of archive logs, select Refresh.
