Assign Processes for SAP Systems

In this section, you can create a list of SAP systems and define a list of processes allowed to use those particular SAP systems.

Add Processes for SAP System

On the Assigned Processes for SAP System page, select Add. The Add Processes for SAP System page appears.

• System ID: Select a particular SAP System to be assigned.
• Search: Type your search and select Search to find process defined in Master Controls. All available processes will be listed. Select appropriate process name and select Add to  assign it to the selected SAP System. Finally select Save to save your settings.

Note: If Auto assign all processes to this SAP system option is enabled at SAP System level, then there is no need for assigning processes manually to this SAP System.

Edit Process for SAP System

Select the Edit icon to edit the processes for the particular SAP system.

Delete Process for SAP System

Select the Delete icon to remove process from the assignment; the user will not be able to run that process with the particular SAP system.
