View User Group Report

Data report will show how the data is stored in Innowera Control Panel database. At user group's level, data report will show you the data stored at the group level such as the user group's process, SAP system and schedule assigned to that group.

You can export the data report in different formats such as Excel, PDF, or Word.

Data Report - Export Mode

There are three modes to export the data report.

The following are the exported report format screens.

• All Expanded: In this mode, all the master rows in database will be expanded and you will get all the detailed information of the master rows in the data report.

  

• Currently Expanded: In this mode, only currently expanded row information will be exported with detailed information and the basic information of other master controls exported.

  

• Non Expanded: In this mode, only the basic information will be exported.

  

Export Data Report - User's Group

Users can export data reports. Export To defines the destination file type. Export Mode defines how data will be exported.

You can export the data report in different formats such as Excel, PDF, or Word in different modes such as All Expanded, Currently Expanded, and Non Expanded.

• All Expanded: It will expand all master row(s), so report will be exported with  detailed information for all master row(s).
• Currently Expanded: Currently expanded row will be exported with all detail information. For other row(s), only basic information of respective master control will be exported.
• Non Expanded: Only basic information of respective master control will be exported.

Select the format in which you want to export the data report from the drop-down options and mode of export from the drop down options, and then select Save to export the data report.

Note: Exported data report will be according to current status of data in grid. This means if you have applied filtering or grouping on data then data report will be exported in that manner only.
