Configure Innowera Control Panel on Client Computer

You can configure the Innowera Control Panel server information in the Process Runner, Process Runner DB, Process Runner Excel Add-in, Innowera Web and Mobile Server, and Innowera Easy Workflow.

To configure Innowera Control Panel in Process Runner,

  1. In Process Runner , go to Tools > Options > Enterprise Settings > Innowera Control Panel.

  2. Select Enable Innowera Control Panel. The Innowera Control Panel-related options appear.
  3. Configure the Innowera Control Panel instance by one of the followings ways:
    • Import Configuration Details: Allows you to configure your Innowera Control Panel instance using the 'ControlPanelConfig.icf' file. For information about exporting Innowera Control Panel configuration file, see Export Configuration File.
    • URL: Allows you to configure the server URL, which is the instance where Innowera Control Panel is installed. For example, http://<ipaddress>/InnoweraControlPanel.
    • Note: For information about the server URL, contact the Innowera Control Panel admin.

  4. You can use one of the following methods to provide the credentials for your Innowera Control Panel server URL:
    • Use default: Indicates the default Innowera Control Panel sign in credentials. The default username is admin and password is innowera1.
    • User defined: Indicates the Innowera Control Panel credentials other than the default. Contact the Innowera Control Panel admin for the user-defined credentials.
  5. Select Test Connection. A message appears indicating whether Process Runner is able to connect to the Innowera Control Panel server URL.
  6. Optionally, to reduce the average time to access Innowera Control Panel by saving the frequently used operations, select Enable Control Panel Cache.
