Record Settings option in User Groups, Users and Processes controls the maximum number of SAP Calls allowed to run in Process Runner . The time settings of Group/User/Process level will be applied whose record settings will be considered in Process Runner.
For example,
Record Settings applied at following levels:
- Group level = 5
- User Level = 15 and Time setting : Every 1 Hour(s)
- Process level = 12 and Time setting : Every 10 Minute(s)
- Process Runner = 20
SAP Calls settings defined at process level will be considered and therefore the time settings set at the process level will be applied for two sets of run for maximum SAP Calls.
