Manage Message Configuration

This feature in Innowera Control Panel site contains default sets of messages that appear on your screen when you are trying to access restricted/unassigned Technology, Processes or SAP systems in Process Runner, Process Runner DB, or Process Runner Excel Add-in.

How to change default message

Select Edit in the Message Configuration page to change the default message. You can edit these default messages as per your requirement. Once you have completed updating default message, select Update to save the updated message.

Admin Info

  • Created By: Displays the name of the user who created the message.
  • Created On: Displays the date and time when the message was added. The time displayed is as per user time zone settings.
  • Changed By: Displays the name of the user who updated the message.
  • Changed On: Displays the date and time when the message was last updated. The time displayed is as per user time zone settings.

You can also preview updated message and see how it will appear in Process Runner wherever applicable. Select Test Message. You can insert any value and replace it with the constant displayed in the message. Select Preview and message in green color fonts will be displayed. Select Update to save the updated message if it suits your requirement.
