Manage Centralized Messaging System

Centralized messaging system is the section where you can add the static messages to be displayed for Process Runner users.

Centralized Messaging System displays the following details.

• Short Text: This column will display the short text of the message created.
• Message Text: This will display the message text.
• Access Type: This option will show access permission (allow/block) relatively.
• Expires: This option displays the expiration of the message.
• Edit: This option is used to edit listed message setting.
• Delete: This option is used to delete particular message.

Add Message

Add is used to add new message to the list. When you select Add, a new window will open to enter the details of new message.

Basic Settings

• Short Text:Enter the short text for the message.
• Message Text: Enter the message text to be displayed in Process Runner.

Other Settings

Message display settings: This field is used to set the message display setting in Process Runner for all users.

• One time only: Selecting this radio button will display the static message only once when user starts Process Runner for the first time after installation.
• When user start Process Runner first time: Selecting this radio button will display the message when user start Process Runner first time to execute any process.
• On every communication: Selecting this radio button will display the message as per the communication setting set, such as at recording time , run time or at logon time. Note that message will be displayed only once when user selects on run, not twice.

Expires after: Set the expiry date and time of the message.

Edit Message

Select the Edit icon to edit the selected message in the list.

Admin Info

• Created By: Displays the name of the user who added the message.
• Created On: Displays the date and time when the message was added.  The time displayed is as  per user's time zone setting.
• Changed By: Displays the name of the user who updated the message.
• Changed On: Displays the date and time when the message was last updated. The time displayed is as per user's time zone setting.

Delete Message

Select the delete icon to delete selected message. Delete option is used to delete the specific message from the list.
