Assign Users/ Groups for SAP Systems
In this section, you can create a list of SAP systems and can define a list of users to use that particular system.
Add User/Groups for SAP System
Using Add, you can add new user/group to existing system.
When you select Add it will open new screen as below:
First you need to select the level as 'Group' or 'User' and then enter the SAP system name.
- Assigned Level: For assigning SAP System, select a Group or particular User.
- System ID: Select a particular SAP System to be assigned.
- Access Type: Select the option whether to "Allow" or "Block". Whichever option is selected; its effect (Allow/Block) willl be applicable on "Available" and "Assigned" section of User/Group Name.
Taking an example with following scenario as shown in the image below:

When the above settings will be saved, following will be the behavior:
- All the users of IT group will be able to access dm0 SAP system.
- All the users of 'New' and 'Other' group will not be able to access the dm0 SAP System.
Similarly if Access Type is set to Block in the above scenario; following will be the behavior:
- All the users of IT group will not be able to access dm0 SAP system.
- All the users of New and Other group will have access to dm0 SAP System.
- Search: Type your search and select Search to find Group or User defined in Master Control. All available User/Group names will be listed in a box above. Select appropriate User/Group name and select Add to assign the selected SAP System. Finally select Save to save your settings.
Note: If Auto assign sap system option is enabled at user level, then that user name will not be appear in list view.
Edit Users/Groups for SAP System
Select Edit to edit the user/group permissions for particular system.
When you select Edit icon, a new screen is displayed as shown in the following screenshot.
Delete User for SAP System
Select the Delete icon to remove user/group from an assignment; the access to that particular SAP system ID will not be allowed to that user/group.sS
