Install Process Runner Excel Add-in in Custom Location

This topic describes how to install Process Runner Excel Add-in in custom location.

If you install Process Runner in a custom location other than C:\Program Files (x86)\Innowera, which is the default location, Microsoft Office does not allow you to use Process Runner Excel Add-in. Instead, the Microsoft Office Customization Installer dialog box is displayed when you open Microsoft Excel.

To use Process Runner Excel Add-in when it is installed in a custom location, perform one of the following steps:

• In the Microsoft Office Customization Installer window, select Install to use Process Runner Excel Add-in from a custom location.
• Perform the following steps in the AutoFix tool:
  1. Go to Start > AutoFix Tool. The AutoFix Tool window is displayed.
  2. On the Excel Add-in tab, select Customization Installer Setting.
  3. Check Customization Installer Setting and select Auto Fix to allow Process Runner Excel Add-in to install in a custom location, and then select OK.
  4. Open Excel and check for the Process Runner tab. The Process Runner tab is displayed.
