Use Check for Updates Option

This topic describes how to use the Check for Updates option to find if an updated version of Process Runner Excel Add-in is available.

To check for updates,

  1. In Process Runner Excel Add-in, go to Help.
  2. If an updated version of the product is available, the Help option is displayed with an icon. Perform the following steps:
    1. Select Check for Updates. The New Updates Available window appears.

    2. To download and install the updated version, select Download & Install. Process Runner Excel Add-in downloads the updates, extracts the required files, and initiates the installation process automatically.
  3. If you have the latest version of Process Runner Excel Add-in on your system, the No New Updates Available window appears.
