View Delayed Workitems Report

This topic describes how to view the report that displays all the delayed work items of all users.

To view Delayed Workitems report,

  1. Select Tools (Workflow) > Reports > Delayed Workitems on the Process Runner tab. The Delayed Workitems Grouped by Workflow report is displayed in the Easy Workflow Report window.
  2. In the Parameters section, select the following options:
    • Workflow: Indicates the workflows based on which the report must be displayed.
    • Workflow Status: Indicates whether the report must contain the workflows that are pending, completed, terminated, or the workflows that have not been started yet.
    • Filter By: Indicates the date range based on which the report must be displayed.
    • Highlight Delayed Time: Indicates the delay time (in hours) based on which the report must be displayed. Any workflow item that took a value greater than or equal to the specified time is displayed and highlighted in the report.

    • Expand Details: Indicates that the details of workflow items are displayed. You can also view the details of the delayed workflow items by selecting the file name.
    • Show Details Header: Indicates that the header is also displayed for the workflow item details when you select Expand Details.

  3. Select Submit. The report is displayed.
  4. Optionally, in the Document Map section, select a workflow. The report for the workflow is displayed.

  5. To reset the filters to their default values, select Reset.
