Manage Logon Management

Email Runner Administrator can add, edit, or delete the SAP logon details of all the Email Runner users from Users >Logon Management.

To add SAP logon user,

  1. Select Add and enter the SAP logon Details as follow:
    • Username: Select the user from the dropdown for whom the SAP logon is to be added.
    • SAP System: Select the SAP system.
    • Logon Shortcut name: Enter the logon shortcut name which is to be displayed.
    • Client: Enter the client which is to be used for the target SAP Server.
    • Sharing Type:
      • Private: Selecting this option, the user can use only the current logon settings.
      • Shared: Selecting this option, the user can use the shared logon settings.
    • SAP Username: Enter the SAP Username of the corresponding Client which is selected
    • Password: Enter the password.
    • Language: Enter the language code for SAP GUI. EN is for English.
  2. Select Test to check the connection to SAP.
  3. Note: Start the Email Runner service to test the connectivity.

  4. Select Save and Close.

The SAP logon details can also be updated for the selected SAP logon from the list.
