Use Existing SAP Process Engine to Get Material Stock

Get Material Stock is the default SAP process engine present in Email Runner. This SAP engine displays the stock overview of a particular material.

To get material stock,

1. Select Engine -> SAP Process Engine. The Get Material Stock section of the SAP Process Engine appears by default.

   

2. Select Generate XML and select Send Email.

   

3. Enter the material number, plant, storage location and send the mail to the email address configured in Incoming mail settings of Email Runner.

   

4. An email is sent to Email Runner Inbox which is then processed and on successful processing, the email is displayed in Success Box > SAP Process Engine. The result details can be viewed post email processing.

   

5. The user gets the requested data in their email.
