More on Planning Functions

The Budget Loader Planning functions are designed to mimic the standard SAP on-line planning screens.

Hierarchy:

• There are 3 levels in the hierarchy.
• The planning function hierarchy operates like any tree you have seen in windows.
• Use the + (plus sign) to expand a node.
• Use the - (minus sign) to collapse a node.
• Double click a collapsed node to expand it.
• Double click an expanded node to collapse it.
• Double click a node that cannot be expanded any further to select it.

Licensing:

• Budget Loader is licensed by transaction.  Each transaction may have several functions associated with it.  The transaction must be licensed in order to activate the functions below it in the hierarchy.
• Planning Transactions that are not licensed by your company are not enabled (grayed out).  Please contact Z Option about licensing additional Planning functions.
