What is Email Runner
The following pictorial representation explains how Email Runner works.
| Color | Description |
|---|---|
| Green | Email Runner fetches the emails from specified email account. |
| Blue | Sends the data to the associated process engine for processing. |
| Brown | The response/outcome is sent to Email Runner and then to user. |
Email Runner Management Console
This topic describes the Email Runner Management Console. Select Email Runner icon on the desktop, or go to Start > All Programs > Email Runner to start Email Runner once the license is loaded successfully. The Email Runner Management Console window appears as shown in the following screenshot.
This window allows configuration of the process engines, email settings and their scheduling, notifications and managing of Email Runner service status.
