View Inbox

The Email Log displays all the incoming and outgoing emails in Email Runner. The mails which are processed, skipped and/or sent are displayed. Mails encountering any error during processing are also displayed in Email Log.

• Inbox: Displays all the incoming mails for the different process engines allowed from valid email addresses.
• Processing items: Displays the emails which are being processed. Any emails selected for reprocessing by clicking on Reprocess Emails button is also displayed in Processing Items.
• Success Box: Displays all the successfully processed emails of each engine type.
• Error Box: Displays emails of each engine type which encounter errors while processing.
• Deleted items: Displays all the emails deleted from any of the folders in Inbox.
• Skipped items: The existing inbox emails are moved into this folder when the checkbox “Download all emails but move them to skipped folder without processing them” is selected while adding incoming email addresses.
• Sent items: Displays emails that are sent from Email Runner. For example, when Send email in a response with output is checked then an email is sent from Email Runner application which is displayed under the Sent items list.
• Refresh: Refreshes the email list.
• Delete: Removes the mail from the folder and is sent to Deleted Items folder.
• Close: Closes the Inbox window.
• Internet Header: Right click on Email and select View Internet Headers to view the email headers as shown in following screenshot.
