Manage Users

The Email Runner administrator can create, view and manage the Email Runner users and their SAP logons from the Users tab. The Email Runner administrator activates such user accounts from here.

  • Active / Inactive: Click here to activate or deactivate the user account. When activated user will be able to sign into the logon management tool to add SAP logon.
  • Can get Email Runner Status: When enabled sends the Email Runner status details as shown in screenshot.
  • Reply to sender if message is not processed by any engine: When enabled, user is notified if message sent is not picked for processing by the engine.
  • Display SAP Logon: Displays the list of SAP logons defined by the user in the logon management.

  • Save: Allows to save the updated user details.
  • Reset: Resets the changes to previous value.

Add User

Select Add User to add new Email Runner users and activate their account. These users can then sign into the logon management tool as existing users with the user name and password provided in the user details.

Delete User

Select Delete User to delete existing Email Runner users from the Users List. All the SAP Logons of the user also get deleted on user deletion.
