Manage User License

The User License section is for admins to select Process Runner users. This page displays the windows user login of all the Process Runner/Process Runner DB users. Admins can maintain the licensed users of Process Runner or Process Runner DB whose SAP data activities must be monitored using Innowera Dashboard and to get the reports of these users. Admins can activate and deactivate the users.

The various reports displayed under Reports section will display data only of the selected users. The Windows user IDs are displayed under User Name column. Select the users you want for reporting. Only records of the selected users are taken into consideration while displaying the reports. Note that the total number of users that can be selected cannot exceed the number of licensed users allowed to access Innowera Dashboard through this license. Therefore, the Total license in use cannot exceed Total license available. By default, all the Windows users found in the Innowera Dashboard database are selected if licenses are available. If the licenses are available and if the admin or site user clears any one user, then that user will not be selected automatically.

To see the changes that have been made to Innowera Dashboard, perform one of the following steps:

• Log out from the Innowera Dashboard and log in again.
• Go to Admin Settings > User License, and then select Reload License to reflect all the updates that have been made.
