View Summary
This topic describes how to view the report that gives you information about how users are using the products such as Process Runner and Process Runner DB for the selected duration. The Summary option is visible in the web application only if your role has the Summary Report option enabled in the role maintenance section.
To view the summary report,
- In Innowera Dashboard, select Reports > Summary. The Summary Report page is displayed.
- Select the following options for which the report must be displayed:
- Product: Indicates the products.
- System: Indicates the systems.
- Select the Start Date and End Date to indicate the period for which the report must be displayed.
- Optionally, you can select chart styles from Chart Appearance, color schemes from Palette, and gauge style from Gauge Style.
- Select Go. Based on the filter parameters selected, the report is displayed with the following details:
- Monthly calls by department
- Module-wise calls made to SAP
- Total calls to SAP by systems
- To save the current filter parameters, select Save Current Filter Setting icon and provide a filter name for the filters that you specified; you can also use this saved filter later.
- If you want to choose from the available saved filters, select the Get Current Filter Setting icon, select a filter, and select OK. Based on the parameters of the saved filter, the report is displayed.
Note: Make sure that the date range you select does not exceed the value set in the Option Setting page. For information about the date range value, see Configure Option Setting. However, if you do not have access to the Option Setting page, contact your Innowera Dashboard administrator.
