Export Configuration File

This topic describes how to export the Innowera Dashboard configuration file. The Export Configuration File page of Innowera Dashboard allows you to import the DashboardConfig.icf file, which contains the Innowera Dashboard configuration information, into Process Runner, Innowera Dashboard, or Process Runner Excel Add-in. The Export Configuration File option is in the web application only if your role has the Dashboard Configuration option enabled in the role maintenance section.

To export the configuration file,

1. In Innowera Dashboard, select Admin Settings > Export Configuration File. The Export Configuration File page is displayed.
2. Depending upon how you want to configure Innowera Dashboard in Process Runner, Process Runner DB, or Process Runner Excel Add-in, select one of the following options:
   • Database Configuration
   • Service Configuration
3. If you select Service Configuration, perform one of the following steps:
   • Select Default Credential in Service Authentication.
   • Select User Define in Service Authentication and enter the domain user name and password that is provided by your administrator.
4. If you select both Database Configuration and Service Configuration, select one of the options in the Default Configuration box.
5. Select Export Configuration. The configuration file is exported with the default configuration details.
